| Requests | Root access to Lab Requests. Without this, the user will not be able to see the Requests screen. | Requests Screen |

| Delete Requests | Administrative privilege to delete a Request. Otherwise users are limited to the normal statuses of Requested, Working, Finalized, Cancelled. | Requests Screen |
