Navigation

Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar.
Select the 'Inventory Reconciliation' hyperlink from the 'Navigation Menu'.

Click the 'Track Loss' button on the 'Inventory Reconciliation & Adjustment' screen screen.

Info
The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.

Inventory Waste will have the following controls:

Product
Inventory Location
Inventory Area
Date/Time
User tracking loss
Qty lost (with sales / stock as options)
Type of loss (Used, Wasted, Missing - only available for non controlled substances)
Comments
Reason for loss (school defined - could include Expired, for example)
Method of Destruction
Witness and Witness Password
