General Description
This screen is used to search for and view existing client, or create new clients.

| Number | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Active Checkbox | This indicates whether or not you wish to search only clients marked as active. Uncheck this box if you want to have clients marked as inactive included in your search results. |
| 2 | Business/Farm Name | Use this field to search by the client's business or farm name. |
| 3 | Account Number | Use this field to search using the unique number associated with a particular client. |
| 4 | Client Type | Use this drop-down to filter the type of client you want to see in your search results. |
| 5 | DVM License Number | Use this field to search by a client's DVM license number. |
| 6 | Laboratory | Use this drop-down to filter your search results by clients owned by a particular laboratory. |
| 7 | More Fields Button | If you click on this button, the screen will stretch to reveal more search options (see below). |
| 8 | Set Default Search Button | This button allows you to set a default search that will automatically pull results every time you go to the Client Screen. (Use the reset button to reset all searches on this screen.) |
| 9 | Add New Client Button | Use this button to create a new client. |
