| How to Customize the Lab Portal |
VetView provides a Labs Portal that allows your lab clients to view the available catalog of tests they can order, view test results for their patients, view their outstanding invoices, and other information on a specially designated website. As of VetView 2.0 VetView also provides Web Services calls that can be used to extend VetView to other custom web applications, not just the portal. For example, you can create a phone app version of our portal, or create a special website for building bulk accessions in a clean room only using a touch screen. | The Labs Portal can be customized for your institution, but this pages require some programmatic knowledge of CSS and website design. Please be prepared to work with your lab or hospital's website design team to take full advantage of the customization options in VetView. |
