The patient reminders widget was added in version 1.6 to display reminders coming up for your unit.
Unlike the other widgets, which are fairly static, the Patient Reminders widget can be directly customized to display only the most relevant information to you.
Click on the gear icon in the upper corner to modify the display.
The widget allows you to filter by the specific reminder, to show all reminders for your unit, to show reminders due in a specific time period, and to choose only internal reminders or client reminders if desired.
The reminders widget is not intended to be a working screen, but rather to give you a quick insight as to how many reminders you have due in the specified time period.

The Patient Reminders Widget displays any upcoming reminders that you may want to see, based on the reminder type, the unit, and how far in the future you have the widget set to display. Click in the gear icon to open the Settings window.
After saving your settings, any reminders that match your criteria appear. External Reminders are set to go out directly to the client, and can be used for emails or post cards. Internal Reminders do not go out to the client, and can be used for communication between hospital units, or for generating a call back list.
