  1. Navigate to the 'Vendor Setup' screen via the 'Navigation Menu'.
    1. Search for, and select, a Vendor.
    2. The '

    1. Vendor Info'
tab will provide the ability to attach Documents relevant to a Vendor, such as scanned contracts, business cards, their preferred purchase order format, etc.
  • Like other Document Management screens in VetView, Users will have the ability to alter the name of the document and also include a brief text description.
  • The last modified date and User will be captured automatically.
      1. screen will open.
    1. Navigate to the 'Documents' tab.
    2. Add or edit a Vendor Document by clicking the 'Add' or 'Edit' button.
      1. The 'Add / Edit Document' dialog will appear.
    3. Select the Document to be added from the computer file system.
    4. Enter the Document Display Name, Description.
      1. Click the 'Save' button.
