\uD83D\uDCD4 Basic Workflow
Access the inventory audit screen through the main navigation. Select inventory area to view. Inventory area dropdown is limited to the inventory area the user is authorized for.
Inventory will be grouped by Product then Location. Each row will dynamically expand if multiple locations and / or inventory details like: Expiration, Lot, Manufacturer, Serial Number, or NDC. By default the screen loads in the compact view.
Click on the “Expand Inventory Details” menu option to show additional inventory details. Also, info dot or alert icon can be rolled over to see additional product details.
Inventory list can be filtered by location or other attributes. To get more search options click the “More Search Option” menu option.
Fields will highlight in red to indicate missing or alert information. Example: missing location, expired inventory, or quantity falling below minimum quantity.
When an inventory row is modified, there is an indicator that will highlight blue. When “Save” is clicked all modifications are preserved. Inventory transaction records are created with any adjustment made.
Right Click options are available to perform other adjustments of deleting, splitting, add, or edit an inventory row. Deleting not only zeroes out the quantity on hand, but also removed it from area’s minimum quantity defaults. Splitting a row, duplicates the selected row, making it easier to add deafferenting information like expiration, lot, serial, manufacturer. Add Inventory Item allows you to add a new product to the inventory area.
To record waste or other adjustment reasons, there is a right click option for adding an adjustment.
1️⃣ Alternate Workflow 3A – Use barcode scanner to select products

Click “Barcode Scanning” menu option
As each barcode is read it will highlight the row and update the pulled and remaining quantity fields. It will also log in the barcode scanning dialog box.
Based on the associated barcode (Sales vs Stock), it will add the appropriate quantity to the pulled quantity.
If the barcode is not associated to a product, user can associate the barcode to a product, by click on the link and selecting the product.
If a product barcode is scanned that is not associated to the request it will alert the user.
2️⃣ Alternate Flow 1A - Pull inventory to move to another unit without a transfer request.

Inventory pulls for alternate reasons, is a way to transfer inventory without having to pre-generate the transfer request. The transfer request will be created automatically from the completed pull.
Create inventory pull to move inventory to another unit. Open the Inventory Pull screen and click the “Pull Inventory for Alternate Reason” option. Select “Move as the reason and then select the destination unit (To).
Current inventory in the source unit will be shown. Items to be moved can be selected and pulled quantity specified.

Inventory pull for alternate reasons, is a way to pull inventory off the shelf in a batch workflow, like in the case of purging expired products. When the inventory pull is complete the individual inventory items will be removed with a transaction log created with the pull reason.
