  1. Navigate to the 'Purchase Order Details' screen → 'Purchase Order Log' tab.

  2. Click the ‘Add’ button.

  3. Type the Comment/Alert text in the 'Comment' field.

  4. Select the 'Alert' checkbox to create an Alert.

    1. Select an Alert Type from the 'Alert Type' dropdown list.

    2. Refer to Configure Alert Types.
