To Create an Inventory Transfer Request using the Minimum Quantity:
Navigate to the ‘Inventory Transfer Request Search’ screen.
Click the ‘Min ‘Minimum Quantity Transfer Request’ button; OR,
Click the ‘New Inventory Transfer Request’ button.
The ‘New Inventory Transfer Request’ dialog will open.
Select the ‘Source Area’, ‘Destination Area’, and optional ‘Date Needed’.
Select the ‘Auto add items below minimum quantity levels’ checkbox.
Click the ‘Save’ button.
The ‘Inventory Transfer Request’ screen will open.
The Products that have reached the ‘Minimum Quantity’ for the Inventory Area, have been added to the Inventory Transfer Request.
Rows that are highlighted in red, represent Products with Inventory that have reached the ‘Minimum Quantity’ for the Inventory Area.
The ‘Requested Qty’ is automatically populated, and based on the:
‘Reorder Qty’ minus
‘Qty on Hand' minus
‘Pending Qty’
