Service Fees are a special Product Type that can be added to Products and Services as ‘Service Fees’ or 'Add-Ons'. |
When a Product or Service Fee is added to a Product or Service, the has a Service Fee, a Quantity of the Service Fee will be added to the Order along with the Product or Service.
The Service Fee Quantity is independent of the Product or Service Quantity.

To Configure Service Fees:
Navigate to the ‘Product Info’ screen.
Select ‘Service Fee’ as the ‘Product Type’.
The ‘Product Setup Options’ will be cleared and disabled.
The ‘Product Details’ tab will be the only tab page that is available.
Select the Sales Unit of Measure, whether the Service Fee can be sold in Fractional Units, and whether to Disable the Client-Type Discount.
Specify the Base Price.
Click the ‘Save’ button to save the Service Fee.
