This screen lets you view/edit/create Value Lists. A value list is simply a list of words. These lists can be used when setting up digital document elements which are the building blocks of digital documents.
To create a new value list click on the New Value List button. Specify a name for the value list and click Save. Once created, value list records cannot be deleted, they can only be inactivated. To edit a value list simply click on the List Name.
Value List Items
Value List Items as the title suggests are items associated with a value list. To create value list items, select an existing value list record (do not click on the List Name) and then click on the New List Item button. Each value list item must be added individually. Although you cannot delete value list items once created, you can inactivate them. To edit a value list item, simply click on the Item Name.
Value Modifier List
Value Modifiers Lists are tied to Value List Items. This is useful when additional response is needed from the user based on the value list item they select.
