Vitals and Observations
Documents - Repeat items like Physicals, case notes, SOAPs, etc. Auto charging or additional charges can be associated.
Requests - Repeat labs or pre-order items like radiology.
Medication - Extend In-Patient/CDM Orders to be scheduled. Use MAR to record administration.
Billable items - boarding, exams, additional care, etc.
Misc ToDo items - Items that needed to be confirmed but have no direct billable.
