Hospital Medical Records Privileges
Privilege | Description | Screen |

Medical Records | Grants access to the Medical Records category under Navigation. Without this privilege, none of the screens below will be accessible. | Navigation |
Medical Records Management | Grants access to the Medical Records Management screen. This screen allows for modifying of the requirements of an episode, and notifications to users regarding deficiencies. | Navigation |
Medical Record Tracking | Grants access to the Medical Record Tracking screen. This screen allows for logistical tracking of physical medical records within the records department. | Navigation |
Communication Worklist | Grants access to the communication worklist. If a user has this privilege they also have access to all the features on the Worklist. |

Document Attachment Access | Grants access to the Document Attachment Screen and displays it under Navigation. Includes permission to upload, preview, and save documents. | Navigation |
Management | Allows user to perform admin functions for document attachment such as searching through the Attachment Logs. Note that API setup is a separate privilege. | Document Attachment |
Delete Document | Allows the user to delete a document after it was attached to a client, patient, or episode. | Document Attachment |
Folder & API Setup | Displays the Automatic File Upload Job under Job Setup and allows a user to make changes to the Additional Settings. These setup steps must be performed before VetView can attach any documents. | Document Attachment |
