The inventory reconciliation page is intended to allow you to update inventory counts.
It consists of two sections, a search page and a list of inventory results.
An Inventory Area is a unit that has been designated to receive inventory. An Inventory Location is a smaller space within the area where inventory may be stored - such as specific shelves, closets, or cabinets.

Inventory reconciliation begins with the search section. You must select a specific inventory area to start, but you can narrow it down to specific products, locations within the larger area, and also filter by dates last reconciled. A list of products matching your criteria will load below. |

After you have selected your inventory area, any other search criteria you want, and pressed Search, a list of products stored in the inventory area will display below. You can click on "Print List" to load the Inventory Reconciliation report, which will allow you to update the counts on paper then bring them back to VetView to be entered. After you have entered new counts in the Actual Qty column, the Post New Values button will become available. This will update the inventory counts for the products with new values. |
