Access the purchase order search screen and click the “New PO” button.
Choose a vendor, enter PO details, and save PO.
Select product and enter desired order quantity.
Save changes and click the “Send E-PO/Mark as Sent” button.

Click “Picklist” button
Select picklist – Default List is the active products with the selected vendor as the default for the product. This list is auto generated. The other pick lists can be created from previous orders.
Enter desired quantity for item you want to add and then click “Post” to add them to the PO.
