This functionality is new as of version 4.0.

  • If the Ordered Quantity of a Purchase Order Item cannot be delivered, it can be 'Cancelled'.

To Cancel Ordered Quantities:

  1. Navigate to the 'Purchase Order Details' screen → 'Purchase Order' tab:

    1. In the 'Cancelled Qty' field, enter the quantity to be cancelled.

    2. Click the ‘Save’ button.

      1. If some of the Purchase Order Items were Received, and some, but not all, of the remaining items were Cancelled, the Status will be updated to 'Incomplete'.

      2. If some of the Purchase Order Items were Received, and the remaining items were Cancelled, the Status will be updated to 'Received'.

      3. If all of the Purchase Order Items were Cancelled, the Status will be updated to 'Cancelled'.

        Cancel all, or some, of the Ordered Quantity
