Change Patient for Individual Document

This page reflects functionality that does not exist in current versions of VetView. 

If a patient has the Group Patient flag turned on, then a new digital document element will automatically appear at the top of each document.

The Change Patient element will allow you to switch from the parent group to an individual patient associated with that group.

• Clicking on the Edit button (pencil icon) should bring up the standard patient search screen (including the toggle filter for Group Patients, but default this to un-checked.)
• Searching for a new patient and selecting it will change the patient from the Group patient to an individual patient, but only for this specific Digital Document.
• The record will appear on the group episode, and on the episode of the patient for whom it was set, but not the Group Episode records of other patients who were present during the visit.
