Objective
The Lab Accession Identifiers Tab is an older design and is difficult to read. Need to redesign it to have a better hierarchy that is more clear.
Assumptions
This is a UI only change and no database changes will be required
This is not a major priority and can be delayed until a 5.0 release or later (mentioned in passing during the Accession Screen review meetings in early February 2024)
This will be a replacement for this tab and not an alternate view
This identifiers will also be updated in other places in the system
