When a Billing Package is sold, the price of the Billing Package determines the amount that was prepaid, and that can be applied when the Package Items are sold (used). The Package Item Discount Price determines the amount of prepayment to be applied, with the difference between the regular price, and discount price, being posted as a Package Adjustment.
