1Active CheckboxThis is used to activate/deactive a user. (Typically used as a permanent status)
2Account Locked CheckboxIf this is checked a user will not be able to log into his/her account.
3Session Exempt CheckboxIf this is checked a user will be exempt from Session Timeouts (i.e. can stay logged in and inactive for an indefinite time period).
4Expire DateIf a date is set, on that day, the user's account will become expired (which makes the user have to change his/her password).
5Authentication TypeUse this to set the authentication method that will be used when a user logs in. If LDAP authentication is selected, the fields to change the user's password will be hidden.
6Set Password ButtonChanges a local user's password.
7Password Expired ButtonCheck this to expire a user's password (i.e. force him/her to change passwords upon their next long).
8Employment InformationThese selections are used to categorize employees in various ways.
