My Deficient Episodes

The My Deficient Episodes widget displays all the episodes that the current user is listed on that are in deficient status.  

You can press CTRL+Click the Episode number to launch the Patient Record in another window.  The deficient episode referred to in this widget should open up automatically on the patient record, so you can quickly identify and resolve the issue.  You can also right click, and choose Open in New Tab or Open in New Window to open the episode.

If an episode appears on this list that should not be present, such as an episode in Cancelled status, contact your Medical Records Management department to have the episode exempted.
