Reminders Auto Send Job

The Reminders Auto Send job checks for Patient Reminders that are due based on the reminder setup, and sends them out via email.

Job Settings

The Reminders Auto Send job uses the standard job settings for a VetView API job.  Active means the job is available to start.  Auto Start means that the job will run automatically at the specified time, even after a server reboot.  

Select the time you want VetView to process these jobs, and the server to use for this process.  VetView strongly recommends that you have a dedicated API server set, to avoid interfering with user facing production servers.

Patient Reminder Log

The Patient Reminder Log allows you to search for all reminders that were sent in the system, or narrow it down based on the type, the unit, the date range, or even the specific patient.

Message Details

Click on a row to view more details about the email that was sent.

If the Reminder is in a Failed, Cancelled, or Incomplete status, the email body may be blank since no message was actually sent.
