Add Transfer Request Items from Picklist
This functionality is new as of version 4.1.
Picklists provide the ability to quickly add Products and Services to an Inventory Transfer Request.
In order to have access to add Picklist Items to a Transfer Request:
One of the following must apply:
The User is assigned to the Destination Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Inventory Transfer' Elevated Privilege; OR,
The User is a member of a Security Role that is assigned to the Destination Inventory Area (Hospital Unit), and has the 'Inventory Transfer' Elevated Privilege.

To Add Transfer Request Items from a Picklist:
Navigate to the ‘Inventory Transfer Request’ screen by starting a new, or modifying an existing ‘New’, Transfer Request from the ‘Inventory Transfer Request Search’ screen.
'Inventory Transfer Request' screen → 'Picklist' buttonClick the ‘Picklist’ button.
The ‘Add Picklist’ dialog will open.
'Inventory Transfer Request' screen → 'Picklist' dialogSelect the ‘Picklist’.
Enter the ‘Order Qty’ needed.
Click the ‘Post’ button to add the Transfer Request Items and close the dialog.
Click the ‘Cancel’ button to close the dialog without saving.
The ‘Inventory Transfer Request’ screen will have the new items from the Picklist.
If any item was duplicated, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen and the Requested Quantity field will be highlighted in red.
The list of Products and Services available on a Picklist is restricted to the Products and Services that already exist in the Destination Inventory Area.
