This functionality is new as of version 4.1.

The Inventory Pull is the second step in the Inventory Transfer Process. The Source Inventory Area must perform an Inventory Pull in order to fulfill Inventory Transfer Requests.
  • The Inventory Transfer Pull can be initiated from either of the following two screens:

    • ‘Inventory Pull’ screen

    • ‘Inventory Transfer Request Search’ screen


To Start an Inventory Transfer Pull from the ‘Inventory Transfer Request Search’ screen:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Inventory Transfer Request Search’ screen.

  2. Search for an Inventory Transfer Request with the ‘Submitted’ Status.

  3. Select the hyperlink for the Inventory Transfer Request.

    1. The ‘Inventory Transfer Request’ screen will open.

  4. Click the ‘Start Inventory Pull’ button.

    1. The ‘Inventory Pull’ screen will open.

  5. Proceed to 'To Complete an Inventory Transfer Pull' below.


To Start an Inventory Transfer Pull from the ‘Inventory Pull’ screen:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Inventory Pull’ screen.

    1. The ‘Select Transfer Request’ dialog will open.

  2. Select the ‘Source’ Inventory Area.

  3. Select the Inventory Transfer Request.

  4. Click the ‘Start Inventory Pull’ button.

    1. The ‘Inventory Pull’ screen will open.

  5. Proceed to 'To Complete an Inventory Transfer Pull' below.


To Complete an Inventory Transfer Pull:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Inventory Pull’ screen.

  2. The system will automatically populate the ‘Pulled Qty’ for the Inventory with the closest Expiration Date, from the ‘Source’ Inventory Area.
