This functionality is new as of version 4.0.

A list of Events, Comments, and Alerts for a Purchase Order can be viewed on the ‘Purchase Order Details’ screen → ‘Purchase Order Log’ tab.

To View the Purchase Order Log:

  1. Navigate to the ‘Purchase Order Details' screen → ‘Purchase Order Log’ tab.

  2. Captured Events can include:

    • When the Purchase Order Status changed.

    • When Deliveries were created, deleted, or stocked.

    • When Purchase Order Items were cancelled.

    • When the Unit Cost of a Purchase Order Item was changed.

  3. To add a Comment or Alert, refer to Add Comments & Alerts.
