General Description
This screen lets the user see/edit many system parameters.
To read a full description of each parameter, mouse over the blue info dot next to the parameter.
All of these parameters used to be located inside various configuration files. As of version 0.9.2.4, they are housed here and stored in the database, which makes upgrading VetView versions simpler.
