New Feature Request from Melanie at UGA
Background
After talking this through with Jeff, this is going to eventually become part of the Central Services Module in Inventory that was left out of scope of the 4.0 Inventory series.
For this ticket, we will go ahead and create the Multi-Item Report that will print the items on the mult-item tab as they are on Product Setup.
We will also make this report accessible from the product info dot, so anyone can print it even if they cannot access product setup.
For an example product from UGA use the TPLO Kit # 14.45
Specifications
Create a new Multi-Item System Report
This should print a row for each item in the Product Setup multi item tab
This report will eventually be recycled to become part of the planned Central Services Module that will be developed later, so we can add additional information beyond the basics later (and in the future many of these pieces will become automated, such as whether the item needs to be returned.)
Automatically import the Date/Time Printed, and Printed By User information
Include a blank line for the user to fill on what employee returned the kit, and what time.
For each row, there should be checkboxes next to each item (for surgery to verify the kit contained the item as described), a checkbox to indicate if the product needs to be returned to Central Services (flagged by Central Services when building the kit itself), and a checkbox for the person at Central Services to confirm each item that needs to be returned actually was returned, with a space for a date, initials, or other info.
Add a Print Button to the Multi-Item Tab to print this new report.
Add a Print Button to the Info Dot Product Rollover for this report, but only when the Product has the Multi-Item Flag Set.
Any user who can view the product on any Inventory screen can print the multi-item list
There are no other special privileges for printing this report
