• Client Credit - The ability to credit the client's account for the amount of remaining Package Liability when no replacement is available for the product or service.
• Account-Level - Examine accounts containing active Package Liability involving the product or service being replaced.
• Package-Level - Examine active Billing Package definitions containing the product or service being replaced.
