Pending Transactions Tab

This feature is used to generate client statements for Pending Transactions in preparation for sending them out.

You can generate all client statements as of a certain date, or narrow it down to a specific client account.

After searching for the statements, click on Create Statements to generate them.

Note that for a large number of results, this process can take a long time.

Send Statements Tab

This tool should be used to send out the statements and process them to indicate they were sent according to the client's preferred methods.

This tab includes filter options to narrow results based on route, payment type, and activities on balances.

Details about each transaction can be viewed by expanding the row.

You can preview all statements that will be sent when they are processed.

Statement Logs

This tool allows you to search for the statements that were sent via Send Statements, in case they need to be reviewed.

You can also use this tool to find any statements that failed to send so they can be resent via alternate means.
