The only place users Users will want to print this during the order process is via the Order Screen or Cashier Screen. (It can also be printed after the fact from the Patient Record Vaccine Tab.), but may also want to print it during the course of the Episode via the current Vaccine workflow in Medication.
The USDA standard will be sufficient for most states legal requirements, and for international travel.
Vaccines are either 1 year or 3 year, and not any other options.
Vaccine Certificate cannot be modified after the Order Item is Approved. A user will need to Unapprove to make any further changes.
If the Vaccine Certificate form has not been completed (flagged as deficient) the Order will be locked out from Close.
