Video Demo: How to Add Attachments to an Admission If you need to attach records to your admission prior to the patient arriving, click on the Attachments tab and click Attach Document.
A window will load to allow you to select a file from your computer or a network drive, and attach it directly to the episode. This can be used for files from an RDVM or any paperwork that the customer brought that wasn't attached to the pre-admission document Once attached, the item will display with a name, an auto added description, a date and time, the user who added it, an edit button, and a delete document button.
You can modify the name and the description by clicking on the Edit button.
