• When all Inventory Transfer Request Items are cancelled, the Inventory Transfer Request Status transitions to ‘Cancelled’.

• After the Inventory Transfer Request reaches this status it is not editable.

• Refer to Cancel Inventory Transfer Request.

Complete

Incomplete

• When 'Receiving' is started, the status transitions to ‘Incomplete’.

• Refer to Receive Transferred Inventory.

New

• This is the initial status of a Inventory Transfer Request.

• 'New' Inventory Transfer Requests are created via the 'Inventory Transfer Request' screen

• Inventory Transfer Request Items can be added to Inventory Transfer Requests while it is in the 'New' status.

• Refer to Create Inventory Transfer Request.

Received

• When all Inventory Transfer Request Items are Received and/or partially Canceled, the Inventory Transfer Request Status transitions to ‘Received’.

• After the Inventory Transfer Request reaches this status it is not editable.

• Refer to:

  • Receive Transferred Inventory

  • Cancel Inventory Transfer Request

  • Cancel Unreceived Items In Bulk

Returned

Submitted

• When the Inventory Transfer Request is submitted, the status transitions to 'Submitted'.

• Refer to Submit Inventory Transfer Request.
