Pending Direct ChargesUse this screen to find any direct charges that were accrued in the system within a set period of time, and to post those charges to the client account. Only Pending direct charges that have not been yet applied will show on this screen. Click on Post Charges to have the charges applied. These charges should be applied on a schedule defined by your hospital's internal policies.
Posted Direct ChargesUsed this screen to search for past direct charges that were posted. Under the details for each charge that was posted, you will have the option to print the deposit report or the invoices. You can also export these details to a CSV file to be manipulated in an external spreadsheet.
