Inventory Search Screen (3.3)

The Inventory Search screen is a tool to search inventory areas and locations in bulk, or to search for a specific product's locations in all inventory areas.

This new screen also allows you to search for inventory items on Purchase Orders, Transfer History, Inventory Counts,  and Transaction Logs.

Inventory on Hand

This is the primary search screen for all items within a given Inventory Area or Inventory Location.

Inventory On Hand Search Criteria

You can search for products by line and sequence, by expiration date, by lot, serial, or NDC, or manufacturer.

You can filter items by their stock levels:  In Stock, Below Min Qty, Out of Stock, or Negative Quantities.

Inventory On Hand Search Results

Search results appear in a list below.   In this example, a search for items with a Negative Qty reveal that items were potentially moved from one location to another without an inventory transfer request, or an Inventory Aggregate was not performed, as there are items that have negative quantities in one location or inventory entry but positive quantities in others.
