The Referral Source Setup screen is used to create and alter Referral types. These can be useful for certain types of reports, if you track who referred clients to your hospital.
Add New Referral SourceClick the Add New Record button to add a new referral type. Replace the text "New Value" with the name of the referral type and click Save. |
