Referral Source Setup

The Referral Source Setup screen is used to create and alter Referral types.   These can be useful for certain types of reports, if you track who referred clients to your hospital. 

Add New Referral Source

Click the Add New Record button to add a new referral type. Replace the text "New Value" with the name of the referral type and click Save.

Edit Referral Source

To edit an existing referral type, select the row and click on the Edit button or double click the record.

Referral Source on the Client Screen

These sources will appear on the Client screen in the Client Details tab, under the Referral Source.
