Overview

  • Provides the ability to view, and edit, the Medical Record Options for products and services.
 Features of the Medical Record Options tab ...
  • Control Drug Machine and Billing Options - Generates an entry in the patient record, in the 'Medication' section, when the product is billed; either manually, or by a control drug machine.
    • Antiparasitic
    • Euthanasia
    • Medication
    • Over the Counter
    • Vaccine
  • Census Billing Options - Creates a board charge in the Patient Census.

Navigation

  1. Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen.

  2. Select the 'Product Setup' hyperlink.

  3. Search for a product or service.

     Click here to expand...

  4. Select the product and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Product Name' hyperlink.

  5. Click on the 'Medical Record Options' tab.

The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.
