Objective: Fix Session Exempt flag on user account to work with the new Tomcat timeout feature by forcing a hard refresh of the screen when it appears.
Session Exempt Flag (current User Details)
If the Session Exempt flag is on for a user account, change the “Your Session Has Expired” pop up window to instead say “Your screen will refresh in 5 minutes unless you take an action.”
