Expand / Collapse Inventory Details

• If the 'Purchase Order Detail' screen → 'Product List' section is displayed on a screen that has limited width, the columns in the Product List can be collapsed.

  • When the columns in the Product List are collapsed, the following columns are hidden:

    • 'Qty on Hand'

    • 'Min Qty'

    • 'Pending Qty'

• If the 'Purchase Order Detail' screen → 'Delivery' tab is displayed on a screen that has limited width, the columns in the Delivery Item List can be collapsed.

  • When the columns in the Delivery Items List are collapsed, the following columns are hidden:

    • 'Sales Qty'

    • 'Stock Qty'

To Collapse the columns in the Product List:

1. Click the ‘Collapse Inventory Details' button.

   1. The 'Qty on Hand', 'Min Qty', and 'Pending Qty' columns will be hidden.

      

To Expand the columns in the Product List:

1. Click the ‘Expand Inventory Details’ button.

2. The 'Qty on Hand', 'Min Qty', and 'Pending Qty' columns will appear between the 'Vendor Product' and 'Sales Qty' columns.

   

To Collapse the Columns in the Delivery Item List:

1. Navigate to the 'Purchase Order Details' screen → 'Delivery' tab.

   

To Expand the Columns in the Delivery Item List:

1. Navigate to the 'Purchase Order Details' screen → 'Delivery' tab.
