Update the Census screen to be used for census and inpatient treatment board concept. Allow the screen to filter based on Episode Type (Inpatient), Service Unit, Active Treatment Sheets, Treatment Sheet Type, Census Flag, Census Unit, Census Location, and/or Episode Personnel.
New screen would list patients with dynamic columns, so the user can decide the information that is most useful based on how they use treatment sheets and/or census. User can also toggle on or off the time grid display in the East panel. Time grid would display ordered items that are complete or scheduled. Census charges would also be displayed as to when the charges would get added. The time grid would also allow for items to be entered on the patient medical record. If no active treatment sheet the user could start a new treatment sheet and start recording treatment items.
Update the concept of census to be more like a patient's assigned room in a hospital. That have automatic charges based on the type of room, as defaults. The patient can also have a current location, that can be updated and used as the patient moves around before or during a stay. For things like waiting rooms, exam rooms, radiology areas, etc. Current location would only be used for information about the patient’s location and logging. As a patient moves to a census location (Room, Cage, Run, Stall, etc.) the system could prompt user if this new census location and/or update current census information. Census and patient location are details that can be used with or without treatment sheets concept.
Update Episode Census table to record the census location and start and end time. Status for filtering.
Census products would have a quantity and a frequency, verse the frequency being determined by the Job.
Order Item linked back to the Census product, so as new charges are added based on schedule that the Quantity can be incremented, with the new Census Item Occurrence table recording the event/log.
