🎯 Objective

Add a Vaccine Certificate option that can be printed from the Order Screen or the Cashier Screen when a qualifying vaccine product is purchased. This certificate should follow the USDA guideline, and allow a technician to add in the label information from the Order screen. This information should then backflow to the Medication section of the patient record.

Create new Vaccine Certificate System Report

Add the Java beans necessary for all patient data, pharmacy data, and prescription data to support a customized version of the report.

  • The only place users will want to print this during the order process is Order Screen or Cashier Screen. (It can also be printed after the fact from the Patient Record Vaccine Tab.)

  • The USDA standard will be sufficient for most states legal requirements.

  • Vaccines are either 1 year or 3 year, and not any other options.

  • Certificates for things beyond vaccines. ID/Tags will still need to be placed in the Patient Record.

  • Custom reports based on individual state laws or layout preferences. The USDA requirements will be met, but any additional state requirements may need a custom report.

  • Support for label printing - this system report will be designed for standard letter paper

  • No labels
