Medical Record Tab

The Medical Record tab allows you to indicate any special categories the product should appear in on the patient Medical Record.  

1.  Select the 'Med Record' tab on the 'Product Info' screen.
2. In the Controlled Drug Machine and Billing Options section of the screen
   
   1. Vaccine - the Product will be place din the "Medication" section under the heading of "Vaccines' on the 'Visit Information' tab on the 'Patient Record' page.  
   2. Anthelmintic - the Product will be placed in the Medication section under the heading of Other Medication Administered on the Visit Information tab on the Patient Record page. 
   3. Medication - the Product will be placed on the Medication section under the heading of 'other medication administered on the visit information tab on the patient record page.
3. Census Billing Options
   1. Board Charge - when checked, the product will appear in the list of 'Default Boarding Charges' in the 'Patient Census' screen.
