Overview

  • Provides the ability to view, add, and edit, Draft Terms for a pharmacy product.
  • Features of the 'Draft Terms Setup' subtab:
    • Prescription Request Defaults and Filters
      • Verb
      • Unit
      • Frequency
      • Route
      • Duration

Navigation

  1. Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen.

  2. Select the 'Product Setup' hyperlink.

  3. Search for a pharmacy product.

  4. Select the product and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Product Name' hyperlink.

  5. Click on the 'Prescription Setup' tab, then the 'Generic' subtab.

    1. The 'Prescription Setup' option must be selected for the 'Prescription Setup' tab to appear.

The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.
