Overview

  • Provides the ability to add, or edit, Time of Service Billing Package Items.

  • Features of the Time of Service Billing Package:
    • Total Price of Items - The retail price of the items included in the package.
    • Discounts - The amount of discounts included in the package.
    • Average % Discount - The average discount rate of the package, based on the Discounts divided by the Total Price of Items.
    • Expiration - The package will expire on the discharge date.
    • Initial Quantity - The quantity, of package items not in a group, that will be placed on the bill automatically when the package is added to the bill.
    • Group Equivalency - For package items in a group, this factor determines the maximum quantity of the group item that can be used from the package.
    • Package Group - Defines a group of interchangeable products that are mutually exclusive.  The Maximum Quantity, of each group item, is determined by the Group Maximum Quantity times the Group Equivalency of the group item.
    • Item Unit Price - The standard retail price for a single unit of the package item.
    • Item Discount - The percentage that is applied to the Item Unit Price to determine the Discount Amount.
    • Item Prepaid Price - The amount, for a single unit of the package item, that is included in the price of the package.   The Item Prepaid Price equals the Item Unit Price, minus the Discount Amount.
