Overview

  • Provides the ability to view and print the Billing Package definition from the Product Setup screen, Order Details screen, and Patient Record.

  • Features of the Billing Package report:
    • Package Price - 
    • Expiration - 
    • Package Items - 

Navigation

  1. Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen.

  2. Select the 'Product Setup' hyperlink.

  3. Search for a Billing Package product.

     Click here to expand...

  4. Select the product and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Product Name' hyperlink.

  5. Click on the 'Package' tab, then the 'Print Billing Package' button.  The 'Package' tab is only available when the Product Type is 'Package'

  6. View and print the Billing Package Setup report.

The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.
