• The Vendor Search screen 1196818618 provides the ability to search for existing, and create new, vendors.

The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.

Refer to the Vendor Information screen.

• When you use search criteria on the Vendor Search screen 1196818618, the search criteria should be saved and presented when returning to the search screen from the Vendor Information screen.

1. Enter search criteria in the 'Vendor Search' section at the top of the screen.
2. Click the 'Search' button to initiate the search.
   • The results will be displayed in the 'Vendor List' section.
3. Click the 'Vendor Name' hyperlink; or, 
4. Click the 'Edit' button after selecting the row that represents the vendor, in the 'Vendor List' section.
5. Click the 'Reset' button to clear all search criteria.

1. Click the browser back button to return to the Vendor Search screen 1196818618.
2. When the Vendor Search screen 1196818618 opens, is is presented with the original search criteria.
