Purchase Orders tab
- Provides the ability to view, edit, and add Purchase Orders for a Vendor.
- View purchase orders for the current vendor and contract.
- View products contained on the purchase orders.
- Add and edit purchase orders.
- Navigate to the 'Inventory Receiving' screen.
Vendor Comments & Alerts tab
- Provides the ability to view, add, edit, and print Vendor Comments and Alerts.
Vendor Comments & Alerts report
Provides the ability to print the Vendor Comments & Alerts.
Vendor Documents tab
- Provides the ability to view, edit, and delete Vendor Documents.
Click the 'Navigation' button on the VetView button bar at the top of the screen, then click on the 'Vendor Setup' hyperlink.
Search for existing Vendors.
Select the Vendor and click the 'Edit' button; or, click on the 'Vendor Name' hyperlink.
View the 'Vendor Information' screen.
The availability of menu items is controlled by privileges that are assigned to each user, so the 'Navigation Menu' will not look the same for all users.

Fields and Controls
The following table lists all of the fields and controls found on this screen. The fields and controls are grouped by their location on the screen; for example, buttons on a 'section' or columns in a 'data grid'. Use the controls at the top of the table to change the sort, grouping, and row height. To see more of the cell content, click on the cell expansion control located at the top-right corner of a selected cell.
