  • Provides the ability to add, or edit, and delete Prepaid Billing Package Items.

  • Features of the Prepaid Billing Package:
    • Total Price of Items - The retail price of the items included in the package.
    • Discounts - The amount of discounts included in the package.
    • Average % Discount - The average discount rate of the package, based on the Discounts divided by the Total Price of Items.
    • Expiration - The number of days that will be added to the date that the Billing Package was added to the order to determine the expiration date of the Prepaid Package.  The life of the Prepaid Package starts when it is added to the bill - not when the order closes.
    • Group Equivalency - For package items in a group, this factor determines the maximum quantity of the group item that can be used from the package.
    • Package Group - Defines a group of interchangeable products that are mutually exclusive.  The Maximum Quantity, of each group item, is determined by the Group Maximum Quantity times the Group Equivalency of the group item.
    • Item Unit Price - The standard retail price for a single unit of the package item.
    • Item Discount - The percentage that is applied to the Item Unit Price to determine the Discount Amount.
    • Item Prepaid Price - The amount, for a single unit of the package item, that is included in the price of the package.   The Item Prepaid Price equals the Item Unit Price, minus the Discount Amount.
    • Package Liability - The sum of the prepaid prices of the Package Items that haven't been used before the package expires.
