Provides the ability to create, edit, and inactive Product Categories.

•  Include in Inventory Reorder - An option that designates the Product Category, and all products that are associated to it, as a product that should be evaluated by the 'Inventory Reorder' screen.
• ASAQ Eligible - An option that designates the Product Category, and all products that are associated to it, as an 'ASAQ Product'.  Additional options for ASAQ Products include:
  • Apply to Limits, Don't Report to ASAQ, and Percent Paid Defaults - Default values for attributes of ASAQ Products.  These will be applied to the ASAQ Product if they are not configured for the product.
  • Credit and Debit Adjustment Code, and Reasons - When the system posts ASAQ credit and debit adjustments, these codes and reasons will be used for the transactions.
  • ASAQ Client Account - When ASAQ credit adjustments are posted to a client's account, they will be paired with a debit adjustment that is posted to the client's account designated by this option.
