General Description

This screen is used for entering communications with clients associated with a patientto view and enter Patient Details, Alerts, Documents, Tag information and Notes.

1Add New Contact ButtonUsed to add a new contact to the list. Adding to this list will also add a contact on the Contacts Tab of the Patient Information tab
2Open/Close Log Entry ButtonClicking the pencil icon opens/closes the New Log Entry window.

4Communicated CommentsThis is the box used to write the log entry itself.
5Internal CommentsThis is the box used to write the comments intended only for internal users of VetView.

Documents Tab

Here you can attach any files/documents to a patient's record. To add a file, click on the Attach Document button.

Here you can view/edit tags associated with the patient.
