General Description
This screen is used for entering communications with clients associated with a patientto view and enter Patient Details, Alerts, Documents, Tag information and Notes.

1 | Add New Contact Button | Used to add a new contact to the list. Adding to this list will also add a contact on the Contacts Tab of the Patient Information tab |
2 | Open/Close Log Entry Button | Clicking the pencil icon opens/closes the New Log Entry window. |
3 | Date | Defaults to the current date & time. |
4 | Communicated Comments | This is the box used to write the log entry itself. |
5 | Internal Comments | This is the box used to write the comments intended only for internal users of VetView. |

Documents Tab
Here you can attach any files/documents to a patient's record. To add a file, click on the Attach Document button.
Tags Tab
Here you can view/edit tags associated with the patient.
Notes Tab
Here you can add notes to a patient (with the option of turning those notes into alerts).
